More than Equal are aiming to find and develop the first female Formula 1 champion β€” and Jamie will be helping them in that endeavour.
The global high performance motorsport programme have formed their first-ever advisory board, bringing together a host of respected figures from across sport and performance, media, technology and business.
Jamie is part of that inaugural board, alongside F1 Academy Director Susie Wolff, McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown and six other members.
They are Andrea Wong (Board Member at Liberty Media and former President of Sony International Television), Annastiina Hintsa (CEO at Hintsa Performance), Chris Welch (F1 Sponsorship Broker, Investor and Fundraiser), Ellen Lohr (Director of Motorsport at AVL RACETECH and former DTM Driver), Karen Webb Moss (Chair of Aquatics GB and former Vice President of Image & Marketing Communications at the International Olympic Committee) and Kate Beavan (former F1 Director of Hospitality and Experiences).
The board will be chaired by globally recognised ESG and governance lawyer David Alfrey, as they look to offer strategic guidance, industry insight, and commercial expertise, so that More than Equal can have a greater impact on elite motorsport in the months and years ahead.
Jamie has plenty to offer in that regard, having won the W Series on three occasions, been an Indy NXT race winner with Andretti Global and β€” most recently β€” secured two LMP2 triumphs in the 2025 European Le Mans Series.
That makes her a fitting candidate for the role, as More than Equal CEO Tom Stanton alluded to, when announcing the board:
β€œWe are determined to see a female Formula 1 champion within the next decade,” he said.Β
β€œTo achieve this, we need the very best people around the table helping us to build, deliver and embed the most performance-led, data-driven programme for female drivers that motorsport has ever seen.
β€œThis Advisory Board brings unrivalled expertise, and we’re proud to have their support as we reshape the future of motorsport.”
