Jamie will get the opportunity to drive Atlassian Williams Racing’s iconic FW14B this July, when she heads to the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed.
The IDEC Sport driver is set to attend this year’s edition of the prestigious event, which is celebrating the 75th anniversary of Formula 1.
To mark the festival’s theme of ‘The Winning Formula: Champions and Challengers’, Williams will be sending the FW14B that was driven by Nigel Mansell en route to the 1992 Drivers’ Championship.
Williams also won the Constructors’ Championship that year, with a combined total of 10 Grand Prix wins and 21 podium finishes across the campaign.
Nigel will be getting behind the wheel once again — as will Jamie, as an Atlassian Williams Racing Brand Ambassador and F1 Academy Adviser.
The 26-year-old is certainly excited at the prospect, saying: “One of my earliest memories is from the Festival of Speed; I didn’t start in the sport until later and I went when I was about 10.
“That was my first time being exposed to so many cars and to F1. It’s also the place I drove my first F1 car so it’s very special.
“The FW14B is the most iconic car that we have in our collection at Williams. With the active suspension and everything that this car stood for in its time, it’s simply legendary. The sound of it is unbelievable so I’ll be getting my earplugs ready.”
Jamie is also due to be joined by Williams’ Team Principal James Vowles and F1 Academy Driver Lia Block, who will each also be taking the FW14B for a spin.
