Jamie is feeling positive about the season ahead, after spending two days testing with IDEC Sport in Barcelona.
The Bath native is set for her first campaign of endurance racing, as she prepares to compete in the 2025 European Le Mans Series (ELMS).
That gets under way in April, with the season-opener taking place at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in Montmeló.
And Jamie has already been getting reacquainted with the track, having enjoyed a productive stint at the Catalan venue.
“It was a good test, the first proper test with the team as a race driver for them,” she said.
“It was good to get back to it! I haven’t driven in Barcelona for a while, so it was nice to be back at the track where we’re going to be racing at first.
“I managed to get loads of laps and lots of learnings both from a driving point of view, but also with the team and the cars.
“There are lots of different procedures, and we were working on things like pit stops — they’re all a bit new to me.
“Overall it was a really good two-day test. I definitely feel well prepared now, and we've got another two days of testing before the first race.
“I’ve really enjoyed working with the team [at IDEC Sport]. They’re a great group of people and my young team-mate, Mathys [Jaubert], is super fast and great to work with as well.
“So it’s all been good and I’m already looking forward to the next one.”
