We’re well and truly into the final furlong of this year’s Jamie Chadwick Series, with just three rounds of the competition remaining!
And there isn’t long to wait until the next of those races, as Daytona Sandown Park prepares to host Round 7 this weekend.
The championship resumes on Sunday 7th September at 10am, on a GP layout at the Surrey venue.
So, what should we be watching out for in this edition? Well, Lily Catignon will be looking to extend her lead in the Cadets category, while Milena Clark can keep the pressure on Sarah Telford after her Round 6 victory in the Juniors.
Zoe Cattet and Chloe McNally could make it six wins from seven if they emerge triumphant in the 4-Stroke Lights and Inters, respectively, and the battle is set to continue between Julia Stankowiak and Hope Wood in the 2-Stroke Lights.
There’s sure to be plenty of excitement, then — and you could get involved in the female-only series, too, if you’re keen to try your hand at karting!
This weekend’s race is followed by a visit to Daytona Tamworth on Sunday 12th October, before the season finale at Daytona Milton Keynes on Sunday 7th December.
You can apply to take part, or find out more information on the Daytona Motorsport website.
